Why don't my deliveries arrive on the same day each month?
Because predictable isn't romantic. If flowers showed up every 14th on the dot, she'd stop being surprised by the third month — she'd just expect them. So we shuffle it. One month it's a rainy Tuesday, the next it's a Saturday morning. She never sees it coming, and every single delivery lands like it was your idea that very day. That's the whole point: you look spontaneous, month after month, without ever having to be.
So I have no idea when the flowers will show up?
Correct — and that's on purpose. You'll always get exactly one gorgeous arrangement every month; the day inside that month is our little secret. If you'd rather know (say you want to be standing there when it arrives), just tell us and we'll give you a heads-up. But most heroes love not knowing either. The wink works on both of you.
Can I lock a delivery to a specific date for an occasion?
Absolutely. Birthdays, anniversaries, the day you first met — tell us the date and that month's arrangement will arrive right on cue. The other months stay on surprise cadence. Best of both worlds: guaranteed on the days that matter, delightfully unpredictable the rest of the time.

Where do you deliver?
We're an Austin outfit through and through. We hand-deliver across Travis County and the surrounding counties — no warehouse in another state, no flowers that traveled three days in a box. Just us, driving your arrangement over while it's still at its most beautiful.

What if she lives just outside those counties?
Send us a message with the address before you sign up and we'll tell you straight whether we can reach it. We'd rather say "not quite" up front than let you down on delivery day. Our whole reputation rests on flowers arriving fresh and on time.
What happens if no one's home?
Our drivers know how to leave an arrangement safe and shaded — front porch, side gate, wherever it'll stay cool and out of sight until she finds it. For apartments and offices, we'll leave it with the front desk or building manager when we can. If you'd like a text on the way, just say so.

Can I pause my subscription?
Anytime. Heading out of town, or maybe the relationship needs a breather? Pause it in a couple of clicks and pick it back up whenever you like. No penalties, no awkward phone call, no guilt. Your tier and pricing are waiting exactly where you left them.
Is this actually one-and-done to set up?
That's the entire promise. You choose a tier once — Princess, Queen, or Empress — you tell us where she is, and you're done being a hero forever. No monthly reminders, no re-ordering, no scrambling the night before. We handle the flowers, the timing, and the drive. You handle looking thoughtful.
Can I set this up as a gift for someone else?
Yes — plenty of our subscriptions are gifts. Gifting a few months of monthly flowers to a friend, a parent, or a couple you love makes you the hero of a completely different story. Just enter the recipient's delivery details at checkout and add a note if you'd like a card tucked in with the first arrangement.
How do I change my delivery address or cancel?
Moving, breaking up, upgrading her from Princess to Empress because you're feeling generous — all of it takes a couple of clicks in your account, or one quick message to us. Cancel whenever; we'll never trap you in a plan you don't want. We'd rather you come back happy than stay out of obligation.

Are the arrangements the same every month?
Never. Every arrangement is custom and one-of-a-kind — designed around what's freshest and most gorgeous that week, in rich, jewel-toned blooms you'll want to photograph. She won't get the same bouquet twice, and neither will your feed. That's the tension we live for: effortless for you, genuinely handcrafted by us.
What's the difference between Princess, Queen, and Empress?
Size and drama, mostly. Princess ($39/month) is a lovely petite handful — a real "she'll light up" arrangement. Queen ($59/month) steps up in size, variety, and showpiece blooms. Empress ($79/month) is the full statement piece — the kind that reorganizes a room and makes people ask where it came from. Every tier is custom; the tier just sets the scale.
Can I order a one-off arrangement instead of subscribing?
Of course. Birthdays, anniversaries, or the "I'm very sorry" bouquet — you can order a single custom arrangement anytime over on our Order Flowers page. Though we'll gently note: the people who set up a subscription only have to be a hero once. Just saying.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Tell us what she loves — favorite colors, flowers she adores, anything to steer clear of — and we'll build it in. We'll always work in season for the freshest, most stunning result, but the palette and mood can absolutely be yours. Just add a note when you sign up.
