The fine print, plainly told

About Cookies

What Flowers To You keeps in your browser, and why. Short, honest, and no jargon.

Cookies are tiny text files a website can leave in your browser. Plenty of sites use them to follow you around and build a profile. We don't do that. Flowers To You is a brochure site with a way to get in touch — so the honest answer to "what are you storing?" is refreshingly boring.

What we actually use

Our site needs only the basics to work and to load quickly. We don't run advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or profiling of any kind, and we don't sell or share what little we hold with anyone.

Essential cookies

These keep the site functioning — remembering, for example, that your browser has already loaded certain pages, or holding the items in your cart while you place a one-off order. Without them the site simply wouldn't work as expected. They aren't used to identify you or to follow you elsewhere.

What we do not use

To be clear, this site does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, third-party tracking scripts, or anything that builds a marketing profile of you. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first.

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive only the details you choose to type in — your name, your email, and whatever you write. We use that to reply to you and to arrange your flowers. Nothing more.

Managing cookies yourself

You're always in charge. Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has stored, delete them, or block them entirely. Look in your browser's settings under "Privacy" or "Cookies." Just note that blocking the essential ones may stop parts of the site — like the ordering cart — from working properly.

Questions?

If anything here is unclear, or you'd like to know exactly what we hold, write to us through the contact page and we'll happily walk you through it.

This page describes our practices in good faith and in plain language. It isn't legal advice — the owner of Flowers To You should have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it. Last updated: February 12, 2025.
